PROFIT GUARANTEE. You are entitled to a refund of 25% of your yearly fee (if you opted for a yearly subscription) if our signals are not profitable in any calender quarter. The signals are deemed profitable if the accumulated percentage profits minus the accumulated percentage losses is greater than zero. In order to qualify for a refund you must have been a subscriber for the entire calendar quarter and be able to prove that you have followed all of the signals in that calendar quarter. Such proof shall include but is not limited to copies of statements from your broker showing the dates, times and prices you entered and exited trades. It is your responsibility to ensure that your broker carries out the instructions you give him including but not limited to our intraday stoploss instructions. For the avoidance of doubt, no refunds are provided where you simply wish to terminate your subscription, have forgotten to cancel the recurring billing or where you have lost money due to your own trading errors.

TRADING EXPERIENCE. Any trading carries a high level of risk to your capital. By subscribing to our services, you confirm that you have at least a basic knowledge of financial markets and trading, including but not limited to opening and closing trades with a broker, calculating and placing stoplosses, position sizing and money management. If we have reason to believe that you do not have the benefit of suitable experience we may recommend that you "paper trade" our signals without risking actual money. We also reserve the right to terminate your subscription, with a pro-rata refund, until you can satisfy us that you have attained the necessary trading experience.
