You are entitled to a refund of 3 months subscription payments or 25% of your yearly fee (if you opted for a yearly subscription) if you have followed our signals and failed to make a profit from them in any calender quarter. In order to qualify for a refund you must prove that you have followed all of the signals in that calendar quarter. Such proof shall include but is not limited to copies of statements from your broker or spreadbetting/CFD company showing the dates, times and prices you entered and exited trades.
